Through our work, we aim to provide access to high-quality tech education, especially targeting underserved regions and communities. Our projects range from scholarships and educational platforms to community tech hubs and industry partnerships, ensuring that every individual has the tools to thrive in the digital age.
Scholarship Fund
In TEF we work hard to empower a broad community of learners, by providing access to excellent educational programs in emerging technologies and digital skills for all ages and backgrounds. We want to prepare individuals for meaningful careers in the tech industry and as informed citizens capable of solving complex problems.
That is why the Scholarship Fund is one of the cornerstones of our work. The scholarship fund started back in 2022 as #Tech4All initiative, later on another #Tech4Artsakh initiative was born.
Today, we provide partial and full scholarships for technological education to people from regions, refugees from Artsakh, war veterans, people with disabilities, lower socio-economic background and other marginalized communities. To this date we have provided scholarships to more than 700 individuals.

Digital Education
Understanding that Digital Education is key in transforming and enhancing future learning, we have established the first Armenian language digital platform for tech education ‘Techschool’. Techschool aims to make learning resources available across the country, breaking language barriers and ensuring that high-quality tech education is accessible to a wider audience. We aim to transform the platform into an important free resource that provides online education on a variety of topics including digital and financial literacy, entrepreneurship, professional communications and other fields.
To this date, more than 1000 females from regions of Armenia passed free courses offered by TechSchool.”
