“Bridging Education and Employment” Program launched with support of Hovnanyan Family Foundation

Projects
We’re excited to launch "Bridging Education and Employment" Program, supported by Hovnanyan Family Foundation. The program consists of self-paced online courses designed to strengthen career development in Armenia’s higher education system — for both students and career practitioners.

University Student Career Readiness Course

📌10 hours | 🎯 For undergraduate students

This course equips students with essential career management skills — from understanding labor market trends to mastering job search strategies, networking, and digital self-presentation. Built on the CEDEFOP Career Skills Framework, it bridges global trends with Armenia’s local employment landscape.

Upskilling Career Practitioners Course

📌10 hours | 🎯 For university career center staff

Grounded in the NICE European Competence Standards, this course empowers career practitioners with modern tools and methods to deliver student-centered guidance, enhance employer engagement, and build stronger student communities.

💡 Both courses are fully online, video-based, and self-paced — designed to be practical, accessible, and impactful.

We’re proud to support the development of a more career-ready generation and more effective university career services across Armenia.
